I told you I'd post something. I renamed this guy Gail (used to be Skowie but if your actually looking at this your probably one of my friends and already know that), but that's just so cliche, I still need to think of a good non-icemage sounding name.
Hehe, he has the gay wrist thing going on. Also he just looks like a girl.

Ice-mage-guy-what-has-an-annoying-changing-name is (c) me (to the extent of my knowledge)

I like those frosty horns and the design of his clothes. :D

If you need help with his name, just say it (I must always think of "Rauhreif", what means "hoarfrost" in German).

Actually he has two pairs of ice-horns. I think the two sets of ears thing looks really strange XD. Thanks. I'm pretty proud of his outfit design.

Wow, this is a great pic! I especially love the little details you put into his design <3 The second line of the lineart creates a cool effect on the pic, overall. :D
